Two years ago, I had the same problem. Two months ago, I got a letter, after a long and bitter fight that I be removed from their email spam. They assured me, I would not get another email. Today, I got an email about the Extended Services on my account. When I called, I as told I had not closed my account - over two year ago! Everyone...listen up. You can return all the wonderful harrassment and misery they have caused you. Call them: 800-648-9548. Stay on the line and hang up, when a customer service rep answers. This call is free to you. They pay big bucks for the 800 service and staff to answer phones. At least this is something They have been stealing money from people, since they first started.
