Cold and Flu Season

On this longest night of the year, I hope you are snuggled up with someone you love, be it two- or four-footed. A blessed Yule to all!
In addition to being the holiday season (the mystical season, the irrational season), it is also cold and flu season. And every time I hear about friends who have a cold, or their spouses do… I think of this video. It’s about a year old, but so so very timely.
Reduce inflammation and congestion, take Vit. C, eat plenty of veg and fish, and stay healthy this winter. Brightest blessings!
This was my guy when he caught flu in Vegas. The worst part for him wasn’t the flu, per se, but not having someone to take care of him.
